Nissan New Vehicle Warranty
Nissan new vehicle warranty starts on the date the vehicle is delivered to the customer.
Nissan vehicles are within the scope of warranty of 2 years/60.000 km for passenger cars and 2 years/100.000 km for commercial vehicles. In addition to this, based on the Nissan Quality Assurance, Nissan Otomotiv A.Ş. guarantees free-of-charge repairing of any problem that might arise from production due to workmanship or defective material for 3 years/100.000 km (60.000 miles) (whichever occurs first) starting from the date the vehicle is originally bought.
In case the vehicles break down during the warranty term due to both material and workmanship or assembly faults, then the repair shall be performed at the Nissan Authorized Services without claiming any fee such as workmanship cost, amount of the replaced part or others.
For Genuine Parts and Accessories;
Warranty term for the genuine Nissan Parts and Accessories installed at the Nissan Authorized Services is two years for the parts, which are listed in the annex of the Regulation on Principles Regarding the Implementation of Warranty Certificate, and/or is determined according to the value calculated with the measurement unit set out in the list attached to the Regulation.
Situations Excluded from the Scope of Warranty
Scope of warranty is subject to some limitations. Accidents, misuses, external factors such as weather and road conditions, not using a genuine Nissan part, omitting the periodical maintenances or malfunctions, damages and body corrosions arising as a result of any alteration on the vehicle can be listed among these. Please refer to the warranty manual of your vehicle for detailed information. You should always keep your warranty manual with you for your warranty claims. You should apply to your Nissan dealer for the warranty manuals lost during the warranty period.
